Ivano-Frankivsk plans to sell four lot lands

   On June, 25 the executive committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk city council made decision “About the sale of lot lands on competition principles (auction)”. If the deputies of city council will vote for this decision, then the second land auction will take place.

As a correspondent of ZAXID.NET reported, during auctions the representatives of city administration plan to sell 4 plumb lines - lot lands by an area 0,0910 hectares. They are located on the street of E.Konoval’cya (near the Armature factory). Starting price each - almost 140 thousand hryvnyas. In obedience to genplan, these areas are advised for building of objects of retail business and domestic consumer services of population.

Probably, through auction the deputies of city council will consider the question of sale of lot lands on July, 8.

Last year in Ivano-Frankivsk during auction was realized a lot land on Kaluskiy highway by an area 0,6 hectares for 37 million Uah . At present a shopping center appeared on it.
